- Five Nights At Freddy's (2015) [Phone Guy (voice)]: Dies of blood loss after being forced into a mechanical suit by animatronic (off-screen); his death is heard on the phone when calling Michael Angarano, Danielle Panabaker, Steven Strait, and Devon Sawa, who hear this in horror. During the end credits, his body could be found in the storage room as authorities are investigating the place.
